Our head chef Joe Simmonds has put together a five course menu for Valentine’s Day, with romance at its heart.

AMUSE BOUCHE

Naked oyster hit, with lemon and tempura oyster, tarragon, and garlic mayonnaise.

TO START

Charred fillet of Cornish mackerel with chorizo and butterbean puree and pickled red onion.

FISH

Poached fillet of brill with crab, spring onion and tomato salad, lemon mayonnaise and samphire.

MEAT

Blushing fillet steak, with sticky beef, shallots, potato and horseradish puree, and onion textures.

DESSERT

Coconut macaroon with white chocolate cream, passionfruit curd, coconut ice cream, passion fruit dressing, coconut gel and burnt meringue.
