Main living space enjoys dual aspect views of the front and rear gardens. Features a large flat screen TV, three generous sized sofas, coffee table and side tables. Door to bar/office area, which also leads to the garden at the rear.
Dining space is conveniently off the kitchen area, it has a table with 12 chairs and countryside views.
Kitchen space features everything needed for family meals, including range oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, large kitchen island and feature Belfast double sink. Door leads to utility room which accommodates a large American style fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.
Second TV room offers a spacious, comfortable area for the family to spread out. The flat screen TV and U shaped sofa makes it perfect for movie nights. Door leads to downstairs shower room and separate WC.
Sleeping:
Bedroom 1 features a super king sized bed, bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, drawers and door through to built in wardrobe/dressing room.
Bedroom 2 features a super king sized bed, bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, drawers and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 features 2 single beds (can be made up as a double if required), bedside tables and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 features a super king sized bed, bedside tables, freestanding wardrobes, drawers, relaxing chairs by the patio door which leads to a large balcony.
Bedroom 5 features a super king sized bed, bedside tables, drawers and freestanding wardrobe.
Two family bathrooms can be found on the first floor, one with a large roll top bath with shower over, WC and basin. The other features a walk in shower, WC and basin and is presented in the Jack and Jill fashion, where access is gained from the landing and also Bedroom 1.
Plenty of space for air beds and cots if required, which means 12 or more guests can be accommodated.
